          All concerts will start punctually at 22:00 hours. The entry will only be allowed in their precinct in the rest among the pieces of the program, if there is some.
          The persons foreign to the organization can not make pictures, nor filming or enregistramens.
It is not allowed to smoke in the inside of the courtyard of the Cloister, nor the use of ranges or similar. It is not allowed either to enter any type of container nor devices of telephony.
          The entry|ticket of those persons who use a non appropriate wardrobe in relation|relationship to|in the act will not be allowed.
          The programs, sets, artists, dates, timetables and precincts, can be seen affected by causes foreign to the organization of the Festival, which, whenever it is possible, it will warn appropriately.
          Returns or changes of seats or reservations, from suspension, will only be accepted changes of date, change of the artist or complete change of a program. In these cases changes of seats and reservations until 48 hours before the concert will only be accepted, and the return of the amount will be able to be made until the 30th September.
          The buyer and/or bearer of the seats accepts expressly the transfer, for rain, of the concerts of the Cloister of Sant Domingo in the precincts that the organization of the Festival announces, and will not be possible, in these case, to respect the location of the seats
